    Hello, my name is Jorge, I am an independent consultant.

    The DNS depends a lot on the operator that provides internet for you. We will try to put the default google DNS to do a test. He follows:

    1- Open the start menu and click on Settings, represented by the gear symbol;

    2- Enter Network and Internet;

    3- Click on the Wi-Fi tab (even if you are on the cable);

    4- Scroll the page to the end and click on Change adapter options;

    5- In your Local OR WIFI connection, right click;

    6- Click on Properties;

    7- Authorize access with your administrator password;

    8- In the window that opens, look for IP Protocol Version 4 (TCP / IPv4) and click Properties;

    9- Enable the option Use the following DNS server addresses;

    10- Enter the preferred and secondary DNS addresses;

    Google (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, respectively)

    I hope I helped with your question, if I was helpful, mark this problem as resolved. if you have any questions let me know.

    Have an excellent day!

    What is the version and build of the computer that fails DNS, usually set by your service internet provider. Type winver in

    Search and select the top result, post back the version and build in full.

    Go to Settings > Network & security >  proxy to make sure has Automatically detect settings is On.
