Windows 10 settings and text

I was doing some tweaking with my settings to help fix my ram and someone told me to change these settings on my computer to put less stress on it. He then told me to change a setting that made all text on my screen look blurry and pixelated. In addition to this whenever I try to drag any windows like chrome or discord it appears to be boxy. Adding more to this whenever I closeout or go to a new chrome tab it seems to not smoothly transition. This isn't actually affecting my pc physically or its performance I just need to figure out what the setting was that made my text look so blurry so I can revert it to normal. Overall everything seemed to just become lower in textures and I just forgot the setting needed to revert this back to its original form.
