When I boot my computer I show up Lenovo Onekey recovery, I tried to reboot my computer few times but it still come up.

I didnt set any recovery point so that i can only use inital backup

if i click on Next it show up like this

If i click previous, it turn back to thw first page

If i click start, it need me to verify

What should i do if i want to let it boot normally? I don't have important information in this computer

What is going to happen if I click on yes? Will it boot normally

    Hi Kenneth,

I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this.

If you click Start, OneKey Recovery will restore your PC to its factory default, if you choose the top option on that screen, you will loose all your personal files and your PC will be like it was when you first bought your PC.

If you do not have a restore point you created, then you may not be able to save your personal data on that PC.

What exactly happened before that screen started to show up, did you get a large Windows update, or did your system crash?

When you start your PC, do you see the Lenovo logo screen, and if so, do you then see the spinning dots indicating Windows 10 is attempting to load, before the OneKey screen shows up?

    Hi Kenneth,

It seems your Windows 10 installation is corrupt, and a BIOS update went wrong, do you have a backup of your files?

If you do, then use the first option in OneKey, then click Start, to completely restore your system to factory setup, that will result in a stable operating system, with all the correct drivers and Lenovo utilities.
