Hello Microsoft Windows,

I have a question regarding viruses and malware. So yesterday I was downloading Minecraft shaders and as I'm about to click download a random pop-up came up on the screen and I accidentally clicked that. After I clicked the pop up I started to get random ads at the bottom right of my screen saying you have 7 snaps pending with a completely random link that had nothing got to do with Snapchat. I unplugged the ethernet cable and got some information on my computer into a USB to save, and then I did a factory reset from settings in update and security. My computer is running a lot slower since the reset.

Thanks

    Good Day DORITO._.,

My name is Carlo, I'm an Independent Advisor and community member like you.

I am also using Windows 10 pc. Let us work together to sort this out.

First, can you please check what are the services and processes running in your computer in the task manager.

-Click Start, type Task Manager and open it

    -Click Processes Tab

Take a screenshot and post it here.

Also check what version of Windows you are using.

    -Press Windows key + R

    -Type winver and hit enter.

It will show you the Windows and build version and post it here.

I'll look forward for your response so that I can provide an accurate recommendation.

Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.

    Sincerely,

    Carlo T.
