Good Day bcffhbgghjjk,
My name is Carlo, I'm an Independent Advisor and community member like you.
I am also using Windows 10 pc. Let us work together to sort this out.
-Is there any changes made in your device recently?
-Did you spill any liquid substance to the keyboard ?
Here's the steps you can try.
-Press Windows key + X
-Go to Settings
-Click Update and Security
-Click Troubleshooter then Additional troubleshooter.
-Look for Keyboard and run the troubleshooter.
Once done proceed with these steps.
-Press Windows key + X
-Go to Device Manager
-Expand the Keyboard
-Look for Keyboard driver that was installed
-Right click and Update
-Look for "Browse my computer for driver
-Let me pick drivers available drivers
-Choose an old driver and use it.
Restart your computer using cleanboot.
- Open the run box by pressing the Windows Key + R and type msconfig
- System Configuration Utility box will open and by default you are on general tab.
- On the General tab, click the selective startup and make sure that load system service and load startup items both have checked mark.
- Click on services tab
- Put a check mark on Hide All Microsoft Services
- Once Hide all Microsoft Services have checked mark on it, click on Disable All
- Click on the Startup Tab and click open task manager. This will open another window which contains all your startup applications on the administrator account.
- Disable all application that you're not using. You can simply just click on them and select disable.
- Click OK, Apply and close the configuration utility
- Restart your pc and check the keyboard keys.
If issue persists, perform a System Restore.
This process will take your computer settings back to an earlier point in time where computer is working fine. If there's any changes made on your computer that removes the service, system restore should be able to fix the issue for you.
- Open the run box by pressing the Windows key + R and type rstrui.exe and hit enter.
- Once system restore windows open, normally it will suggest a restore point (sometimes it doesn't) if it does, select the 2nd option and hit next
- Select your desired restore point date and time and hit next and finish. Choose a Restore point date before the issue started.
I hope the information above helps. Please let me know how it goes.
Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.
Sincerely,
Carlo T.
