    Per LemP once you have 7-Zip installed, right click the file of interest, choose 7-Zip, then Open archive.

    Chances are you will want to do something after that and since we don't know what that is we may see you again soon:

    You generally don't open ISO files.  Rather, you use an ISO file to create ("burn") a CD or DVD.

    If you really want to access the data in an ISO file, use an archiver such as 7-zip (https://www.7-zip.org/).

    One other thing you do not realize about here.

    Every time someone posts here, everyone one who is subscribed to this thread receives an email with a notification about it.
