My windows laptop factory reset struck at 35 percent?

I am using HP  notebook 15 laptop which  have windows 10. Due to some problems I  decided I factory reset my laptop so now the reset process is stuck at 35 percent for long time

Can anyone help me?

    I suggest you restart your computer and try to reset using an installation USB, as per the procedure below.

    Step 1

    Create installation media on another computer

    Follow the guidelines on the link below, please:

    Step 2

    Configure in your computer's BIOS to start via the USB installation.

    1. Boot with the Pen Drive;
    2. When the installation window appears, click Repair your computer;
    3. Click Troubleshooting;
    4. Advanced options;
    5. Click Restore PC > Choose between "Keep Files" or "Remove All".
