I think I figured it out. I was able to disable live captions from my chrome browser. Go to setting in chrome browser and search "live captions", Disable by clicking it. Hope this helped you!

Hi, I'm Robinson, an Independent Advisor and a Windows user like you.

    To turn off closed captioning:

1-On a Windows 10 PC that’s playing a video, right-click or tap-and-hold anywhere on the video. A menu bar will appear at the bottom of the screen. If closed captioning is available, a CC icon will be displayed.

2-Tap or click the CC icon.

    3-Tap or click tho disable.

i wanted to get rid of it for good,,. I'm not going to click each video. Apparently it's a new feature in chrome which I disabled. I turned it off in chrome settings.

What about this blue tab that comes upf that says "to group tabs together, right click a tab". this must be another pain in the a... from google/chrome. Is this a new flag?
