Error 0x800700EA while copying music files

While I was copying music files from USB to microSD card, there were several files that made it into error 0x800700EA, which more data is available. I can't continue this, so I skip this file from happening. Is there an easy fix for this error? The USB has FAT32 partition while the microSD card has an exFAT partition.
When I tried copying music files on Chromebook, there were no errors.

2021-05-05T19:58:01+00:00 There were no errors on both the SD card and the USB. I repaired these system files. When I tried to copy the music file from USB to SD card, it shows an error 0x800700EA in it, like "伦永亮、李国祥 - 总有你鼓励.mp3" missing from the SD card caused by error 0x800700EA.

Did you check both USB and SD card for errors?
Please repair system files by
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
command from Windows PowerShell (administrator) environment.

2021-05-06T23:39:32+00:00 I tried to copy files from the USB drive to the hard drive. It does not work, since it gives an error 0x800700EA on several files, which more data is available. The file affected is 伍思凯 - 特别的爱给特别的你 - 2015超级歌单第七期现场.mp3, and was not read-only when I copy this file. I did have Chinese codec packs installed.

Do you have some codec packs installed? They may cause such behaviour.
