    Hi Kevin

I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this.

    1

In Device Manager, select View - Show Hidden Devices, does that device section then show up?

    2

If that section still does not show up:

Click Action - Add legacy hardware

    Click Next

Check 'Install the hardware that I manually select from a list' (Advanced) and click Next.

Select Ports (COM & LPT) from the given list and click Next.

Choose Standard port types option or the manufacturer for the ports; then, click Next.

Click on the Finish button to complete

    Hi Kevin,

Select any Device category in Device Manager, then click Action and you can then proceed with No. 2 above.
