    Hello Faizal, how are you?

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community!

    My name is Paloma B., I'm an independent advisor, I'm here to help you in the best possible way.

    Analyzing the information presented, I recommend that you follow the guidelines below, please, to try to solve this problem.

    First, I recommend that you check and run any pending updates on WIndows Update, please:

    Windows + I> Update and Security> Windows Update> Check for updates

    Update even the options.

    Verify that the problem is resolved.

    If it persists, based on your equipment model, go to the manufacturer's website and download compatible and updated drivers, and reinstall them. Follow the guidelines on the link below, please.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/402844...

    I checked the manufacturer's website and it seems to me to be the latest driver version available for this WiFi, please download and install it through the device manager.

    https://www.ath-drivers.eu/qualcomm-atheros-dow...

    1. Download the driver and unzip it (if necessary);
    2. Press the Windows+X keys and click on the Device Manager option;
    3. Click the arrow that points to Network Adapters or Other devices with a yellow question mark;
    4. Right-click on the installed device and select the Update driver option;
    5. Click Browse my computer for driver software;
    6. Click the Browse button and choose the driver folder you downloaded by clicking OK;
    7. Click Next to complete the update.

    Verify that the problem is resolved.

    If the problem persists, please follow the next guidelines.

    Important: at the end of each method, check if the problem has been solved. If it persists, proceed to the next one.

    Method 1

    Setting the power options for the network driver:

    1. Press the Windows + X flag key, click Device Manager;
    2. When opening the device manager, double-click on the Network adapters option;
    3. Right-click on your network adapter and click Properties;
    4. Click the Power Management tab and clear the check box with the option The computer can turn off the device to save energy.
    5. Click OK, restart your computer and check if the problem persists.

    Method 2

    Changing the power plan settings:

    First, activate the "Maximum Performance" option on your system:

    1. Press Windows + X and select WIndows Powershell (Admin);
    2. Copy and paste the command below, and press Enter to execute:

    powercfg -duplicatescheme e9a42b02-d5df-448d-aa00-03f14749eb61

    Once this is done, the "Maximum Performance" option will be enabled to be selected in Power Options.

    1. Press WIndows + I, and select System;
    2. Click Energy and Suspend;
    3. In the rightmost column, select the option "Additional power settings";
    4. Under "Choose or customize a power plan", click "Change plan settings";
    5. Click "Change advanced power settings", change to "Maximum Performance".
    6. Restart the system and verify that the problem is resolved.

    I await news.
