- Press windows key + S, search for blur
- Open "Fix apps that are blurry"
- Make sure the toggle for "Let Windows try to fix apps so they are not blurry"
Check for the streaks in safe mode:
- Once you are at the Windows 10 sign-in screen, hold down the Shift key on your keyboard and not let it go. While holding down the Shift key, click on the Power button (Windows 10 Power Button) and then click on Restart.
- When Windows 10 restarts, you will be at the Choose an Option screen. Click Troubleshoot
- From Troubleshoot screen, click Advanced Options, then click Startup Settings
- On the Startup Settings option and you will now be presented with the Startup Settings screen. Click the Restart button
- Windows will now begin to start, but you will be presented with a screen that provides various options you can select to specify how Windows should be started.
- Press F4 to start Safe Mode.
Let me know how it goes. Have a great day!
