I'm stuck on "Choose an option" with only two options after a reset.

I'm stuck on "choose an option" after restart. I onely have two options? Title says: "Choose an option", option 1 says: "Troubleshoot", option 2 says: "Turn off your PC". None of the Troubleshoot options seem to work exept for "Settings for UEFI-Firmware". Please help, I don't know what to do.

I needed to reset the pc, and so I did. It missed a recovery envoirenment, so I set one up using Link #1 (see below). After that, I reset my pc choosing "Remove everything". I really need help, I can't do this anymore and I'm really stressed and sad and nothing is working.

I've searched for some answers and been told that I need to install windows? So I was about to follow the tutorial from Link #2 (see below), when I noticed that they have and use more than 2 options at the menu, which means that I can't follow it.

What do I do?

I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I'M DOING PLS HELP ME.

Thank you so much for helping me :)
I've managed to boot from the flash drive now. I have encountered a new problem now, though... It seems I have managed to throw away my product key, soI'll either have to find it or buy a new one, but I can probably handle that.

Thank you again for your time, you are a wonderful person. Have a nice day!

    Hi Chriss,

Thanks for getting back. For the meantime, you can just skip entering the product key and activate windows later so you can use your computer already. Glad you were able to make it work. Have a great day and stay safe always.

    Hi Chriss,

Good day! This is Jhakesong an Independent Advisor and I will be happy to assist you with this.

I am sorry to hear about the inconvenience. Link number 2 will need a working computer to download the windows media creation tool and create a USB installation media to a USB flash drive and boot into it. After booting into it, you will have the options they mention.

Here is the download link for the media creation tool:

Here is a guide on how to install windows clean (Skip to the middle part where you need to set the UEFI settings):

Let me know how it goes. Have a great day!
