How do I find and download Win 10 version 1909?

Thanks to an uninvited 1904 version being downloaded and installed on my older pc and making some older programs display badly, I went to version 1903 [via your Online Help], in case 1909 didn't work. Now I want to get back to 1909; but my one attempt produced an iso that the pc [in its present state] couldn't mount.

I keep searching online, but cannot find a link. Advice, please?

    Hello Old_hand,

I'm John an Independent Advisor and a Windows user like you. I'll be happy to assist you today.

Unfortunately, Microsoft no longer offer downloads for older version of Windows.

Please try to use the safe link below to download an older version of Windows ISO file directly from Microsoft servers.

    Select type:

    Select version:

    Select edition:

    Select language:

    English

    Select file:

    Win10_1909_English_x64.iso

    Click Download

Kindly let me know if this helps or if you have any further concerns.

    Kind regards,

per what you said I understood you have a 1909 iso to do an inplace upgrade and your current windows isn't able to mount it via Explorer, is correct? there're tons of iso mounter tools all the web, have you tried some?

    Hello Old_hand,

Thank you for updating me with that information. I apologize that this did not resolve the issue.

I'm sorry but as far as I know there's no Windows version 1904. Did reinstalling Windows version 1909 on your other pc solve the issue?

    Kind regards,

Thanks. But there is no point adding this [I actually have an iso from having had to reinstall the 1909 on my other pc].

This version of 1904 has a bug that MS Support tell me can be addressed and rectified.
