Ethan Frome virus or malware?

Recently when I was saving a file to a PDF from Microsoft Word, I noticed the creator of this document said Ethan Frome,  when it saved as a PDF file in the top left corner that name Ethan Frome showed up again.    When I look at the details of a document the Title will show up as Ethan Frome, then under that it says EW/LC/CD  then under that it shows as Dell Computer Corporation, then after that it says Keyword:  Ethan.

I have tried running a malware scan and it says it doesn't find anything, I also ran the Norton's that I have and that didn't find anything.  Any suggestion on how to remove this from my computer?

Thank you for any help you can give me to remove this.

    Hello Junes1,

I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this.

    1

Open the Word document, then select File - Info.

On the right, show all properties, is that Ethan Frome listed as the Author?

If so, add your name as a new Author, then right click that Ethan Frome and select Remove.

    2

To permanently change the default Author name in your Word application, go to File - Options.

On the right, in the 'Personalize your copy of Office' section, you can set the default Author's details.
