Hi Marcelo, I bought this game GTA V through the Microsoft store website. when I click on the "install on my devices" button, it doesn't show this windows 10 computer as an option for me to download the game onto.

I bought GTA V off of the microsoft store and cant find it on my windows 10. Anyone have any suggestions? I have checked my app store but i cant find it. The email it was sent to was a different one than what my main is but i still own that account. I am not sure how to download the game because it says this device I am currently using is not a registered device with that other email.

Depending on the game you have to download it from the website where you bought it, to search for the game you can press the windows button and type the name of the game.
You can contact the store you bought and ask them to send another email to your standard email.

If you still don't see the download button you can try these steps:
Press Windows and R
Type services.msc and press Enter.
Locate (one at a time) "Windows update", Encryption ", and" Intelligent background transfer service "," Double-click each one.
Check if the status of services are started, if not, set them to "automatic".
Click Apply and then OK.
Try to download the apps again from the app store and see if you see the same error. If so, you can follow the methods mentioned below to resolve the issue:
Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run box.
Type WSReset.exe and press Enter.
Restart the computer and run the tests.
What is the specific model of your computer? To check, press the Windows + R keys and type: msinfo32, check the information in System Model. Check to see if updates are available and that Windows is activated.
If you can make a printout of the computer screen you are trying to install the game on, it would help to verify what the problem is.
