Hi All,
So an issue that has had me stumped for a few days now, after configuring a VPN connection through Windows 10, I noticed the necessary Wan MiniPorts are missing from Device Manager.
Already checked the 'Show Hidden Devices' option for the drivers.
Checked the following services 'Remote Access Connection Manager''
Run the following commands:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
SFC /Scannow
No luck, any suggestions?
Many thanks,
Carl

dont know how to reinstall wan miniport driver ikev2
Hello Eilimar,
That's the issue, the drivers for the Wan Miniports are not installed. As far as I understand, they are part of Windows and not a downloadable driver, so should install themselves.
Is there a way to manually install Wan Miniport drivers?
Many thanks,
Carl
Driver updates for Windows 10 and many devices (such as network adapters, monitors, printers, and video cards) are automatically downloaded and installed through Windows Update.
You probably already have the latest driver, but if you have problems with a device, you can try to correct them by updating or reinstalling the driver. This is the way to do it:
If these steps don't work, try reinstalling the driver: open Device Manager, right-click (or press and hold) the device name, and select Uninstall. Restart the PC and Windows will try to reinstall the driver.
