    Have you got a Wondershare product installed?

    If you do, uninstall it, then download and reinstall it if you still use it.

    Good Day Aditi,

    My name is Carlo, I'm an Independent Advisor and community member like you.

    I am also using Windows 10 pc. Let us work together to sort this out.

    WSHelper.exe is software developed by Wondershare it interprets keyboard strokes in your device, you can open the task manager and check any application from Wondershare, right click and Disable them.

    Once done restart your computer using cleanboot, visit this link as reference.

    Restart your computer and check if issue persists.
