HP 2700 Not installed Can't install it

GEEZUS CHRIS!!!! I had to go through Control Panel several times to add the printer. I cannot begin to tell you how many times I was told the printer was installed and it wasn't. I had to reboot my computer 2 X's, unplug the usb cord, plug it in unplug it plug it in - and this is taking about 2 hours to get this da**MN printer installed. Maybe you guys should change your instructions and tell buyers to go through Control Panel > Devices > printer, add a printer. Because your HP Support > printers doesn't work! Maybe you should go back to including a CD software!!!!

Can you tell me why this is showing an error message when I print? See where it says "Error 1 document waiting?" What does that mean?

There's a step missing. I don't have "get the app". I have https://123.hp.com/us/en/devices/dj2755and that is INSTALL HP Smart.

And there is no Continue button on the screen.

There is no Wi-fi password on screen.

Do I need something else besides the power cord? That's all that came with the printer. And yes, my wi-fi is working.

And and -- it didn't come with a CD which I think HP should include the CD in case the web install doesn't work.

I removed my old printer 1512 from HP Assistant, but it cannot detect the new printer 2700.

You need to connect it to the same network on which the PC is on. Do you have the WiFi password? You would need it. Download and Run HP Smart app and let it do its job to connect.
