Hello. I am unable to access bios setup whereas other functions of the startup menu open quickly by pressing function keys as f9, f1,f2 only the f10 key not supported. I mean, I am unable to open only bios setup. If you know any solution please tell me
although I tried it with an external keyboard still this problem occurring.

I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this.
Start your laptop, then on the HP logo screen, repeatedly press the Esc key or Fn + the Esc key
On the resulting menu, you should be able to access BIOS on that laptop by pressing F10 or Fn + F10.
If you still cannot access BIOS, what error (if any) are you seeing?

Boot into Windows 10, then click the Power Button on your Start Menu, then press Shift and click Restart
From the resulting Recovery Environment can you go into BIOS/UEFI?

no, I am unable to access bios by recovery environment. whereas the keyboard is functioning well in other programmes . other functions of the startup menu open quickly by pressing function keys as f9, f1,f2 only the f10 key not supported.
