At first when i used utorrent before it was gud whenever i dont use it i just uninstall it. but suddenly my windows defender detected utorrent as a PUP when i knew it was a PUP i tried to quarantine it and it did but i tried uninstalling the app itself but the utorrent app wasnt in the list of Programs and Features so i tried to restore the said files then the files came back as requested but then when i tried uninstalling the app right after i tap yes to confirm the uninstallation windows defender seems to prevent me from uninstalling utorrent for some reason and just shows me this notif instead and when tap into it. it just redirects u to windows defender no threats detected whatsoever but when i tried to take a quick scan windows defenders skips the said affected files so now im so confused and dont how to remove utorrent

    Hello Escanor-Sama,

I'm John an Independent Advisor and a Windows user like you. I'll be happy to assist you today.

Please try to uninstall the Utorrent app using the free edition of revouninstaller

    https://www.revouninstaller.com/products/revo-u...

Find the application in the list

Right click it then select Uninstall

Press the Start button to start scanning for leftover folders, files and registry items.

    Click Next then Finish

Kindly let me know if this helps or if you have any further concerns.

    Kind regards,

    John DeV
