Using recovery will not be enough, the hack has used a volume licence on Windows 10 Home which is not designed to use a volume licence.
A clean install removing all data on the drive and installing Windows 10 Home is the only way. Once Windows 10 Home is installed then you can buy a licence in the Windows 10 Store against your Microsoft account.
After you have backed up all personal files then create a boot USB using the Media Creation Tool
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
Boot from the USB flash drive you have created and select Language > Install now > Custom install, at custom install delete each partition until there is only unallocated space on the boot disk. Select Next to continue and follow the prompts, at the point when asked for a licence key select I'm reinstalling windows. (if asked for the edition select Windows 10 Home 64bit) After the installation is complete then go to the Store and buy the licence for Windows 10 Home.
