Hello how are you?
I`m Marcelo de C., an independent Advisor. It is a pleasure to help you today. I know how frustrating it can be for you, but I will do my best to help you :)
Have you already tested the control on your cell phone to see if the same problem occurs?
Try resetting the ps4 controller:
Turn off and unplug the PS4. Locate the small reset button on the back of the control, next to the L2 domed button. Use a small tool to push the button into the tiny hole. Press and hold the button for 3 to 5 seconds.
try too:
Select Start and select Settings > Update and Security > Troubleshooting. Under Find and Fix Other Problems, select Bluetooth, then select Run the Troubleshooter and follow the instructions.
If you recently upgraded to Windows 10 or installed Windows 10 updates, your current driver may have been designed for an earlier version of Windows. To automatically check for driver updates:
In the search box on the taskbar, search for Device Manager and select Device Manager from the list of results.
In Device Manager, select Bluetooth and select the Bluetooth adapter name, which may include the word "radio".
Press and hold (or right-click) the Bluetooth adapter and select Update driver > Automatically search for updated driver software. Follow the steps and select Close.
After installing the updated driver, select the Start button and then select On/Off > Restart if reboot is requested and see if this fixes the connection problem.
If Windows cannot find a new Bluetooth driver for the network adapter, go to your computer manufacturer's website and download the latest Bluetooth driver for the network adapter.
I hope the information above helps. Please let me know how it goes.
Have a nice day and stay safe.
