TuneIn Radio App Issue

I downloaded the TuneIn  app a few months ago and it was working fine.  Then it would load.  I've tried the app repair feature, uninstalling and reinstalling but it keeps coming up with an error.

I think I found the answer with this issue, at least the one I've had. I haven't been able to use the app for a couple years now and neither tunein, MS, or anyone else has had an answer.  Go to search and type "manage network passwords", click on "web credentials"  delete the listing for your tunein account.  Mine had an old password with about 20 random characters, once I did that, the program now works on at least 2 of my computers I've checked out so far, because it wasn't working on any of them.

I  found the answer with this issue, at least it works for me. I haven't been able to use the app for a couple years now and neither tunein, MS, or anyone else has had an answer.  IN windows 10 go to search and type "manage network passwords", click on "web credentials"  delete the listing for your tunein account.  Mine had an old password with about 20 random characters, once I did that, I started the app and signed back in and it now works on at least 3 of my computers, because it wasn't working on any of them.

I am having the same problem as gselke1. The image posted is the same one I am getting when the TuneIn app is launched, however, if I click around on the Home screen, I have other menu items available if I hold the left mouse button down. I am able to access My Profile, Browse and Search. When selected the app will respond with content from the specified channel, station, podcast etc. and works as expected.

So, I am using the app as explained, I just am not able to use the Home screen.

Hello Gselke1, I will be happy to help you solve this problem.

I advise you to run the troubleshooter with the applications in windows 10.

Could you also tell me what error you get, did you verify your region with the application?

I hope I can help you.
