How to install MSXML 4.0?

I recently reset my Windows and it uninstalled many essential software like Visual C++ and MSXML 4.0. I am trying to reinstall them back as they are needed for many of my software and games which were installed outside of C drive. Now I am unable to find the download link of MSXML. 4.0. Please guide me on how I can go about installing it?

It says download link mentioned in the link you provided returns 404. However I was able to download the files by searching it in https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/

Thank you for your response.

All the download links given in the answer you referred me to just redirect me to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/

There is nothing else showing up.

Please help.
