Hello, how are you?
Welcome to the Microsoft Community!
My name is Paloma B., I'm an independent advisor, I'm here to help you in the best possible way.
I understand you have problems with your hard drive, sorry about that.
Unfortunately this problem can happen for some reasons, the most common ones usually occur or due to a disk failure and in this case it is necessary to replace it or maybe a failure in the Windows boot sector, then we can fix reinstalling Windows.
First, I recommend that you go into the BIOS and check if the disk is recognized as a storage drive, if it doesn't show up in the BIOS it may actually be a hardware problem and you will need to replace it.
Even if this is the case, I recommend that you replace it with an SSD, they are extremely fast and improve your computer's performance.
If it's showing up normally in the BIOS, the ideal would be to try to reinstall Windows, if in doubt, follow the thread below.

If you have questions about these verification processes, it may be very important to take your computer to a local service you trust so that they can perform a deeper hardware check to identify if it is a physical problem prior to replacement.
I await news.
