Although OpenGL support on Windows ARM devices is available via the OpenCl and OpenGL compat pack , is there native support for the Vulkan API on Windows ARM or are there any plans to natively support Vulkan? Thanks!

I am Dave, I will help you with this.
Currently the Vulcan API is not supported on ARM processor architecture, but the good news is everyone is working to bring Vulcan to the ARM devices, Google, Nvidia, AMD... etc. are all working on this at present and hopefully, it won't be to long before that is realized.
