Laptop's Keyboard stopped working completely

I was working on my computer it was working well till last night.

Some days earlier my touchpad and keyboard both were behaving abnormally but I found that problem was in Mice and other pointing device's driver so I just disabled it and my problem was resolved.

But I don't know why Last night my keyboard just stopped working. I restarted the system but that didn't worked and it took me a blue screen with the options like RESET PC, TROUBLESHOOTING OPTION, UNINSTALL UPDATES, SYSTEM RESTORE etc.

so I did the RESET PC without removing personal files and thought that this will resolve all my problems.

I was wrong because it is still not working.

Keyboard is not working completely, not a single key is working after resetting the system too.

I am doing a little work with onscreen keyboard but it's not enough I really need my physical keyboard in working mode because I have lots of things to do.

Only sometimes After restarting many times it works but numeric keys doesn't works and shift key is pressed automatically so I can't use the numbers from upper row too.

It's not working properly.

Please help me with this one.

I will be waiting for reply.

Thanks....

Hey.. Juliet Erin thanks for your suggestions.

When I uploaded this problem, my laptop was not working properly so I did shut it down.

After some time again did the system on then it was working fine and after using it for 2-3 hrs it repeated the same problem.

So now I have figured out that due to heating of laptop my keyboard is not working.

Can you please suggest some solutions for heating problem.

    Thanks.
