I would suggest you try the following methods below;
Run keyboard troubleshooter:
- Type troubleshoot settings in the Search bar
- Click Additional troubleshooter
- Select keyboard
- Run the troubleshooter
- Wait for it to finish, Exit then Restart
Disable Filter Keys:
- Click on start button and then Gear type icon to Open settings.
- Now, Choose Ease Of access.
- Now, Click on Keyboard from the left Menu.
- Now, Make sure that Filter Keys is Turned OFF.
Let Windows Reinstall The Best Driver for you:
- Right click on start button and click on device manager.
- Now, Once the Device manager Opens Up, Locate Keyboards.
- Double Click on Keyboards to expand it.
- Right Click on your Keyboard Driver and then Choose Uninstall Device.
- Now, Reboot Your PC after reinstalling the driver.
