I am Dave, I will help you with this, there are a few options to try
1
You can make everything in Windows 10 bigger:
Right click your Desktop, and select Display Settings
Add 10% to the Scale and Layout percentage, then log out and back into Windows
You can repeat the process until you are happy with the View.

To just make text bigger in Windows 10, this process is not perfect, it only affects various parts of applications
Open the Settings App
Go to Ease of Access - Display
At the top of that page is a slider to increate Text Size

In your preferred web browser:
To make everything bigger, press the Ctrl key on your keyboard and scroll up slowly on your mouse
To make text size bigger, click the 3 dots at the top right of the browser and select Settings
On the search box in the bowser settings type font
On the right, you will seethe option to make text bigger by default in your browser.
