We have a computer that when ever some one tries to use Remote Desktop it opens a window that lets them know their credentials will be used, but gives no area to input credentials or accept. Simply the option to cancel. I have attached a screenshot. We checked Windows Credentials, but none are saved. We have tried this on multiple profiles.

Hi, my name is Claudeir, I'm happy to help you!

    Let's look for some solutions:

    -Windows+i> Update and security> Troubleshooting> Additional troubleshooting> Network adapters> Run solution.

Restart the PC. Test and see if it solved the problem.

-Windows+R, type: secpol.MSC, press enter, After opening the Local Security Policy window, select Local Policy -> User Rights Agreement from the left pane.

Then double-click Allow login through Remote Desktop Services in the right pane.

In the next window that appears, select “Add User or Group”.

Then, in the column “Type the names of the objects to be selected”, type the name of the desired non-administrative user.

Then click "Verify Names" to correct the username and click "OK" to save your changes.

Restart the PC. Test and see if it solved the problem.

Feel free to leave your opinion, marking as answered if the answer helped, or leaving more details so that we can continue the service, this is very important to us.

    Graciously,

    Claudeir

I understand, in this case, I want to apologize that this is just a consumer forum. Due to the scope of your question, I recommend posting it on Microsoft's Q&A site, which is a technical community platform where the majority of members were IT professionals who would help you a lot with the issue. They have IT experts who can help you better, especially about Windows servers, Active Directory and Group Policy settings, etc.

    Microsoft website Q&A:

I hope it solves as soon as possible.

    Graciously,

    Claudeir

I tried both these solutions, but unfortunately neither worked. I appreciate the response. The the issue is with the computer initiating a RD session to an outside connection.
