Hi guys . Yesterday my laptop ( Model : NX.A23SV.004 ) requested to update the operating system. But while updating, my laptop shows the message "The upgrade process has been suspended because your battery charge is too low. Please plug in a power source; the process will continue when the charge is more than 25%". (I'm pretty sure my laptop's battery was over 90% at the time). Then I try to shutdown by holding the power button. After 5 minutes, I plugged in the charger and turned on the device again. Unfortunately , my laptop won't turn back on ( black screen shows nothing ) . What should I do now ? thanks everyone .

Shut your laptop down
Disconnect the power adapter
If you can, remove the battery from your laptop
Press and hold the Power button on your laptop for 30 seconds
Re-insert the battery, if you removed it
Re-connect the power adapter
Turn on your laptop, does it try to boot Windows, do you even get the Acer logo screen?

Okay, because your laptop is not switching on, and nothing is on the screen, there will be no way for you to troubleshoot this problem you will need to take it to the Repair Center.
First of all, I thank you for your help. I followed your advice. I waited 2 hours hope my laptop would work. Unfortunately , after 2 hours , my laptop is very hot and still nothing has changed ( screen is still black and nothing ) . Please give me advice .
