Downloads folder became my Harddrive

I accidentally made my downloads folder y hard drive. I'm just trying to put the default location of my downloads and documents but i made downloads my hard drive. how to I bring it back and fix it. this is how my regedit looks like. please help

    Double click on the {7D83EE9B-2244-4E70-B1F5-5393042AF1E4} entry and change its data to %USERPROFILE%\Downloads

    Then restart the computer.

    My only suggestion:

    Go into Control Panel > choose Recovery > do a system restore if restore points are available.
