Microsoft has apparently ended Windows 7 ISO downloads.
But you had to have a Retail or System Builders product key anyway.
Windows 7 does not come for free, even to use in a VM.
If you buy a "Windows 7" DVD from some "general store" or download a Windows 7 ISO from some random website, you have no idea what malware may be hidden in that media just waiting to be installed on your computer.
If you obtain a legitimate Windows 7 DVD or ISO file (e.g., by using the "Microsoft Windows and Office ISO Download Tool" from Heidoc.com), you will not be able to activate it without a retail license (see reply above from Bill Smithers).
If you just want to "test" Windows 7, use the Heidoc tool to download the August 2018 version. You will have a 30-day grace period after installation before the system will go into "reduced functional mode" (among other things, the "Activate Now" message appears every hour). You can reset the grace period up to 3 times, as explained here: https://www.computerworld.com/article/2527249/windows-7-will-run-120-days-for-free--microsoft-confirms.html
There is no use giving you a download site if you do not have a Retail Windows 7 license to activate it with.
And remember:
Warning:
You do not buy a Product Key by itself, as they are normally stolen/pirated, Volume Licenses which are not for private use, or MSDN keys which are not to be sold by the original subscription holder.
Make sure that you buy the complete sealed package (DVD, license)

Read Section: Beware of Product Keys sold separately.
But I want to test but never mind I am happy with Windows 10
