Is the message I get when I try to play any of the movies I've purchased on my Xbox and Microsoft TV&Movies. I've purchased thousands of dollars of movies through your service. Over 700 movies. Please help. And the last 5 movies I've purchased I can't download. I can however play what's downloaded. I just can't stream.

Sorry to hear this. The problem normally has to do the licensing server being overloaded and usually sorts itself out overnight.
