I understand that you are being asked to enter a pin when trying to pair your JBL earphones. I will certainly try my best to assist you with the issue.
For further clarity on the issue, please respond to the questions below:
- Do you face the same issue when trying to connect any other earphones?
- Is this the first time you’re trying to connect the device?
One of the things I would suggest you is to try entering 0000 0r 1111 or 1234 as the default pin and see if that helps. If the issue persists, you can get in touch with the JBL support team for further assistance.
