Hi,
Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.
I understand that you are unable to use your Logitech C270 Camera on your computer. I’ll certainly assist you with the issue.
However, please let us know:
- What happens when you try to use the Camera?
- Do you receive any error message/code?
- Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? Refer Which version of Windows operating system am I running?
As you have mentioned that you see an exclamation mark on the Camera driver, one of the things I would suggest you is to try removing the Camera driver and installing it from the Logitech website. Refer the steps mentioned below:
- Press Windows key + R. This will open Run. Alternatively, you can go to Start and search for ‘Run’
- In Run dialog box, type ‘devmgmt.msc’ and hit Enter.
- Expand Camera/Imaging Devices.
- Right click on the Camera driver and click on Uninstall.
- Now check the box Delete the driver software for this device.
- Click on Uninstall
- Do not restart the PC
Download the drivers from Downloads - HD Webcam C270 – Logitech Support + Download and install them.
For additional information, see Camera doesn't work in Windows 10.
Let us know how it goes.
Regards,
