    Hi FYGO:),

Please do check if the app is allowed on your firewall. Close Roblox then open Windows security then go to the Firewall section. Click the Allow an app through the firewall. In the new Window look for the Roblox app then check both Private and Public then click Ok. Once done reboot your PC then open Roblox. Kindly see attached image for added reference.

    Best regards,

    Van

Hi, I am Van. I'll be glad to assist you today.

Have you tried checking for available updates in the Microsoft store? Open Microsoft store then click the 3 dots menu at the upper right corner of the store then select Download and Updates. In the Download and Updates section click the Get updates button, once done fetching for updates, click the update all.

If the issue persists, you can also try reinstalling the app. Press Windows key + I to open Windows settings. Click Apps, in the right pane scroll down and click Roblox then click Uninstall. Once done, restart the PC. Open the Microsoft store, click the 3 dots menu then select My Library, look for Roblox then click install.

    Best regards,

    Van
