Headset Audio Sound like a Radio+High Pitch or a Surround System with High pitch and a bit far away

So, Today I plug in my Headsets like what I did every day for a year and today is where things starting to get weird, the audio was Radio high pitch(I'm not sure if that's the correct way to explain my problem)

and I've tried to plug it in/out several times now and it's still the same I tested it on my phone and it was perfect, no problem at all
(Note: a couple of months back or more, My laptop won't recognize my Headset EVEN if I close all Apps that I open, and now I have to restart my laptop just to be able to make the headset connected, unlike when I bought it last year,
last year I'm still able to Connect with my headset IF I close all apps that got audio sound in it, like Chrome with youtube or spotify)

And what confuses me the most is that I tried and test my Broken Audio Adapter that I bought several years ago, and my Headset Worked perfectly fine like last year, with No Radio High Pitch audio. And I don't have to restart my laptop or close my apps

I think my 3.5mm Hole is the problem? or broken?

    Hi TheRoboBC -

Thank you for your quick response. I see, yes, it may be an external problem since the issue does not appear to your audio adapter. I apologize but it seems that I ran out of ideas, maybe someone has a better resolve.

    Regards,

    Jerico T.

I've done all of this, way before I wrote this Question, and I just redo it now(still the same) and I doubt it's internal problem, more like an external problem instead
