This is a common problem across many brands of laptops. Sometimes even replacing the wi-fi card with a new one won't solve the issue. I have communicated with Intel and other than updating their drivers they don't have a solution either. In fact we are buying a new laptop to replace one that is only 18 months old with the same issue. The wi-fi and bluetooth card go code 10 whenever they feel like quitting. I spent 2 days of intense troubleshooting on ours and got no where. I could get it working then it would quit whenever it wanted to. Whenever ours does, the USB bus does some goofy things too. I worked on laptops and workstations for a state agency with about 1500 employees, so usually I can figure these things out but this AC9560 thing totally threw me. I hope someone finds the cause soon because there are thousands of posts on the Internet about the AC9560 and siblings failing with the same issue(s).
intel(r) wireless-ac 9560 Code 10 problem
Hi,
For about a month, I have a problem with my intel(r) wireless-ac 9560. My Wifi stops working at random moments. At the beginning, it would happens every 2-3 days, but now it happens multiple times every day and most of the time, the network adapter doesn't work and it's always a Code 10 error. I've been trying a lot of things to fix that :
-Restart the computer
-Deactivate and reactivate the device (it can work sometimes, but only for a couple of minutes)
-Uninstalling the device and restarting the computer
-Uninstalling the drivers and installing them back (up to date)
-Uninstalling Windows updates and reinstalling them
-Update my computer (I have an Asus ROG Strix GL531GT)
-Restart the computer and go to the BIOS and restart with default settings
-Reset the network
-I tried to empty the battery (I can't take it out, it's built-in) and unplug the computer for the night
I don't understand why I still have the problem after trying all that. I noticed that sometimes, when I start an app that needs an internet connection (like Steam among others), it can caused the problem to happen.
What should I do now?
Thanks in advance for your help!

The WiFi module is the hardware - this is either inbuilt into a laptop or is provided by a USB dongle. It is this which may be failing & as it’s progressively become worse I’d say it’s about to fail.
Your options are to have the wifi module replaced or purchase a WiFi USB dongle.
What’s the make & model of the PC?
