how to remove rtlS5wake ???

my laptop have been running extreme slow and whenever i try to shut it down it says rtlswake is not letting your pc to shut down.

    My name is Carlo, I am also using Windows 10 pc and community member like you. Let us work together to sort this out.

    RtlS5WAKE is the Realtek WOWL Utility, you can uninstall it using the steps below.

    -Go to Control Panel

    -Click Program then Prgrams and Features

    -Right click Realtek-WOWL-Utility from the list and hit Uninstall.

    Once uninstalled restart your computer using cleanboot.

    There is no programme under that name, and yet like the other user, my computer tells me the app is preventing shut down - a search of RtlS5Wake likewise gave no returns

    I couldn't find it under ' uninstall a program'

    So i directly did clean boot, so will it trouble me again?
