I downloaded windows 10 to my Toshiba tablet and after the install looked like it had completed it try's to restart and I get the message "Attempting to recover installation. that message last about 2 seconds and I get another message "undoing changes made to your computer" that message stays for about 30 seconds. The next action is the computer attempts to turn on and the sequence of messages continues. I have no way of turning on the computer on to see what the problem is. Any suggestions

    Hi John,

My name is Igor, I'm Independent Advisor. I have 12 Microsoft MVP awards. It's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll do all my best to help you.

What is the exact model of the PC? Did you check a presence of Windows 10 drivers at Toshiba support page?

If this PC is relatevely old it can be just incompatible with Windows 10 unfortunately.
