In the disk management, it shows a blank window saying "connecting to virtual disk service " and stucks in it. When I go to services and then try to start virtual disk manually or automatically it says "starting" and never starts. Please help me.

I'm trying to allocate my new nvme ssd which is not showing in 'this pc' section. I don't even know whether the ssd is supported or not.

Hi, I'm Robinson, an Independent Advisor and a Windows user like you.

Check if doesn't any corrupt files on Windows.

1-Right-Click on Start then click Windows PowerShell(admin)

    2-Type these commands.

    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth and press [Enter]

    sfc /scannow and press [Enter]

Issues with Disk Management can occur due to other USB devices attached to your PC or with the SSD itself. Remove the SSD then try to open the disk management again.
