Windows 10 Pro licence "WIN PRO FPP 10 P2" HAV-00060

Hello Dear,

"Need help please".

I have purchased a Windows 10 pro license pack "WIN PRO FPP 10 P2 32-bit/64-bit English USB HAV-00060", at full price like a Retail version from the local store. But after activation, that Key is showing OEM_DM channel instead of Retail from the CMD command "slmgr -dli" and the partial product key is showing correctly but system is showing the key is Digitally activated.

The box contained a pen drive with the hologram of microsoft logo.

But I've activated the key with my existing / pre-installed windows 10 pro instead of installing fresh Windows 10 pro again.

I don't like to see OME version of my Windows 10 pro Key because I've bought it at full price like a Retail version.

I'm also doubt about the transferring this Key to my new PC for the up-gradation.

Now my questions are:

  1. Is "WIN PRO FPP 10 P2 32-bit/64-bit English USB HAV-00060" pack could be the OME version?
  2. Can I transfer this key from my existing PC to my New PC in future? (the system is showing the key digitally activated.)
  3. Is it the problem so that I've activated the key without re-installing the Windows 10 pro?
  4. What is the possible solution to be the Retail version of this Key?

Please help me.

Thanks a lot.

    Hi Mritunjay,

I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this.

If that was the labelling on the package, that should have been a full retail licence, not an OEM licence, however, that is no guarantee that what is what was in the box.

Have a look at the USB section on this link, is that exactly what your purchases USB looks like?

If that is in face an OEM licence, then that will not have transfer rights to another PC in the future.

Download ShowKeyPlus form the Microsoft Store:

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/showkeyplus/9...

Enter your product key into the section to check your licence key, does that indicate your licence key is OEM or Retail?

What is the info showing in Settings > Update & Security > Activation? Upload a screenshot here by pressing Windows key + Shift+ S, and click Ctrl + V here in the reply box.

If there's any mail ID in the image you provide, please cover it by adding a line or two over it after clicking on the notification that shows right after you select the part you want to take a screenshot of.
