Laptop put in sleep mode but when opened, boots up again (like it was shut down)

I had recently bought a Lenovo Legion 5 (2020) with the specs of AMD Ryzen 5 4600H with Radeon Graphics, NVIDIA GTX 1650ti with 8GB RAM.

This is the issue I saw whenever it shuts itself down after putting in sleep mode. I had updated all the drivers but the issue is still there.

I am a complete amateur regarding issues like this, and was wondering if I should just reset and load up the mirrored image when I first bought it, or just leave it up to warranty. I am still at lost of what to do and how to fix it.

Thanks in advance!

    Hi,lez_eria

How are you? Welcome to the Microsoft community!

My name is Juliana, I'm an independent advisor, I'm here to help you in the best possible way.

For clean boot follow the steps below:

    1. Click the Windows + R keys
    2. In Run type: MSCONFIG and click OK
    3. On the Services tab, check Hide all Microsoft services and click Disable All click Apply and OK
    4. Restart your computer.

NOTE: This procedure disables all third-party services and programs. You can later, if the problem is solved in this way, enable the programs and services that will start with Windows, selectively, instead of keeping them all disabled.

    STEP 2

    1. In the search bar type: Control Panel
    2. View By, Place Large Icons
    3. Click Power Options
    4. Click Change plan settings
    5. Turn off Video never put
    6. Suspend computer activity put never
    7. Click Change advanced power settings
    8. Turn off hard disk after change to 0

Take the test, I await news.
