cant remove virus Exploit:Perl/Shell.B

As iam still use windows defender and also mcafee still i am facing this i am not even scanned suddenly i seen that there is 2 meesage under current threats that is Exploit:Perl/Shell.B and todays date with (active) same as 2 things after seeing this i tried to remove it but it loaded for a lot and say no threats were found but it have a red sysmbol at top and i started a full scan, at time my whole pc stopped responding and after restarting my pc it shows the time where my pc stops responding . so please reply what can i do sir/madam.

    If you choose Quarantine or Remove then ‘start actions’ does anything happen?

    Adwcleaner: https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/

    If these find one or more infections but do not fully remove them it will be wise to register with a malware removal site to receive dedicated malware removal instructions, an expert will remain with you throughout the process until confirmation that your PC is 100% clean.
