How do I know when my Windows 10 was activated?

And how many times has it been activated?

(Activated as product code)

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    Kindly go to Settings > Update & Security > Activation. There, you will see your windows activation status.

    For your reference: Activate Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
