在下列2個網址@MCID都一樣，但是@英文名字不一樣，怎麼改成一樣呢？
●第一個
https://mcptnc.microsoft.com/transcript
上面這個網址是抓@certiport的英文姓名（簡稱old）（舊）
●第二個
https://examregistration.microsoft.com/MyProfile?whr=uri%3AMicrosoftAccount&locale=zh-TW#userlegalprofile
上面這個網址是抓微軟的英文姓名（簡稱new）（新）
因為英文名字有改過，造成上面兩個網址的英文姓名不同，但是MCID都一樣，要如何把第一個網址的英文姓名（old）變成跟第二個英文姓名（new）一樣呢？
還有
微軟帳號可以連接兩個certiport帳號嗎？
因為英文名字有改過，當時在certiport懶得改名字，直接創了一個新的certiport帳號，英文名字同第二個（new）
