Have you gone Device Manager, Adapter type, click on the adapter, click on Power Management, and remove the check from "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"?
Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting and reconnecting during online video calls in Zoom and Google Meet
Whenever I'm in a video call either on Zoom desktop app or Google Meet via browser (WebEx and Microsoft Teams are strangely not affected by this issue), my Wi-Fi often gets randomly disconnected and reconnected. Sometimes the Wi-Fi would disconnect and not reconnect, forcing me to manually connect to it. Sometimes it'll go from 'connected' to 'identifying network' for a few seconds. Sometimes the internet would be connected and everything else would work except Zoom and Meet. I'll have to disconnect the Wi-Fi for a second and immediately reconnect for them to work again. It's been affecting the quality of my online meetings in a major way.
The most surprising thing is that I have been facing these issues since the time I used my old laptop over a year ago. I had a different laptop with a different Wi-Fi network in a different city, now I have a new laptop on a new Wi-Fi network in a new city, yet these problems have carried over, which makes me think there's something wrong in Windows 10 itself.
I've tried resetting my entire network settings, both of my laptop and Wi-Fi router, and this only fixes the issue for sometime before it all comes back again. Any help would be greatly appreciated. My phones connected to the Wi-Fi don't face this issue when I use them for Zoom and Meet calls via mobile apps.

This problem actually occurs when there is a problem with your power options, kindly follow the steps below and I hope this helps.
First what we will do is to enable WWAN and WLAN services, these services are essential to run the Wireless and wired connection perfectly.
- Open Services (Press Windows key + R then type in services.msc then click OK)
-Look for WLAN Autoconfig and WWAN Autoconfig> Right-Click Properties and set it to automatic (If it's already set to automatic, right-click then click stop then start it again)
-Restart PC and check
If the issue persists, run the following command in Command Prompt (Admin). Follow the steps below to do so.
These sets of commands will reset the internet connection and re-calibrate the internet settings you have.
Press Windows Key + X.
Click on Command prompt (Admin).
Type the following commands, and hit Enter after each command:
netsh int tcp set heuristics disabled
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled
netsh int tcp set global rss=enabled
netsh winsock reset and press Enter
netsh int ip reset and press Enter
ipconfig /release and press Enter
ipconfig /renew and press Enter
ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter
If same issue follow the methods below:
Do clean boot:
A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program.
- In the search box on the taskbar, type msconfig and select System Configuration from the results.
- On the Services tab of System Configuration, select Hide all Microsoft services, and then select Disable all.
- On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select Open Task Manager.
- Under Startup in Task Manager, for each startup item, select the item and then select Disable.
- Close Task Manager.
- On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select OK. When you restart the computer, it's in a clean boot environment.
