Do you have any other drives?

Have you installed any program on other drives?

Are you using SSD or HDD hard disk?

You may open start and search for cleanup and open Disk Cleanup

You cannot increase storage without deleting anything. The easiest way is to use "Disk Cleanup" which will only remove files that are not necessary for your system, so you would not lose any of the important files.

You could also compress your files, but it has its own drawback and you need more experience with Windows to decide what folder to compress.

The last solution would be buying a larger hard disk, and migrate your files to the large drive.
