Take a folder or file with a name all in capitals (upper case), example

FILENAME.txt

FOLDERNAME

Rename the file or folder to the same name but change the case of some or all of the letters - don't change the actual name. The filename doesn't change, it stays as the original name

    Hi marcusob1,

I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this.

This is a known bug in Windows for a long time, it is caused by the way Windows names files at a lower level. The only solution is to rename the file, changing the case of the characters, and add 1 more character, then rename again and remove the extra character.
